The CERT train the trainer class is for individuals that are part of a Citizen Corps Council or CERT Team that would like to become a trainer for their local program. The CERT Train the Trainer classes are free and are held at 2668 Avery Avenue, Memphis, TN. 38112.

The Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment Course will augment the process taught in the current Department of Homeland Security/Office of Grants and Training Threat and Risk Assessment course. It provides managers of emergency responders with enhanced skills to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the critical vulnerabilities in the jurisdiction and develop an action plan to prevent, reduce and/or mitigate the potential damage from a Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear, and Explosive/terrorism incident.
The ETRA class is located at 1075 Mullins Station Rd Room #C113, Memphis, TN. 38134. Class time is from 08:00 am- 5:00 pm each day.
